Usage Instructions:

1. Dispense 1 teaspoon in a foot bath of warm water 
2. Swirl hand in water to make small amount of bubbles
3. Soak feet in foot batrh for 5-10 minutes (5 mins if diabetic) 
4. Pat feet dry
